We do not take ownership of the traded goods. ARX acts as a neutral intermediary.

Pricing, Fees & Payments

Limitation Of Liability

  • ARX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
  • You assume full responsibility for the outcomes of your business decisions on or through the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARX, its officers, directors, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs resulting from:

Suspension & Termination

  • Internet outages
  • Government restrictions or pandemics

Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ARX.
  • No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by this Agreement.
  • If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
  • Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
